AquaSafe Authorized Dealer Agreement

The Spa Marvel Company Inc.’s Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy (MAPP) is designed to protect the price and profitability integrity of our retail network. As an authorized retailer of AquaSafe, it is understood that the minimum advertised price for The Spa Marvel Company’s product shall be maintained in accordance with the 2024 agreement of a retail list price of $49.99 for the AquaSafe Water Filter.

• This MAPP solely applies to advertised prices and does not dictate the actual selling prices of AquaSafe Water Filter within physical retail locations. The MAPP encompasses all forms of advertisements, including but not limited to social media, print, radio, television, internet, email, and fax.
• Retailers intending to sell AquaSafe Water Filter on third-party websites and marketplaces not owned or controlled by the retailer, including, but not limited to Amazon, Walmart, and eBay, must obtain prior written authorization from The Spa Marvel Company Inc. before listing AquaSafe Water Filter for sale on said platforms.
• Retailers are strictly prohibited from selling AquaSafe Water Filter to other companies or individuals acting as resellers.
• It is further understood that non-compliance with the aforementioned terms may result in immediate and permanent delisting as an Authorized AquaSafe Water Filter Retailer, and that subsequent orders may not be fulfilled.
• The Spa Marvel Company Inc. reserves the right to modify this agreement with a written notice of thirty (30) days provided to the retailer.
• **Please be advised that The Spa Marvel Company Inc. reserves the right to make changes to product lineup and pricing, to account for the introduction of new products and/or retail price adjustments. Any modifications to the AquaSafe Water Filter will be communicated to the email address on file, with a minimum notice period of thirty (30) days prior to the effective date.

Upon accepting this agreement with The Spa Marvel Company Inc., you recognize that the current Minimum Advertised Price Policy is $49.99 for the AquaSafe Water Filter and is in effect as of January 1st, 2023.  Any violation to the MAPP agreement can result in immediate and permanent delisting as an Authorized Retailer for The Spa Marvel Company Inc.
